RETURN POLICY

A full refund will be applied if item is returned within 48 hrs from the date of the purchase in the same condition.

If the item is returned within 14 days it may be exchanged or returned for a full in-store credit. Discounted Items, upholstery, leather and custom orders are final sale

DELIVERY POLICY

  • A charge will be applied to all deliveries.
  • Delivery date and times will be arranged by our company. Usually a 2 hour window will be scheduled allowing for time variance due to traffic and other possible delays.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure and clear all entrance, stair and hallways where applicable, ensuring that the new furniture will fit.
  • If the piece does not fit and needs to be returned, an additional fee of 50% of the original delivery charge may apply.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the security to elevators, loading docks, and an appropriate parking space where necessary.
  • Customers should be at home when we deliver to ensure products are received in good order. If the customer is not able to be present upon delivery, an authorized person must be present to accept the delivery. A waiver must be signed at the time of delivery.

CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

During the weekdays between 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Kuda will assist in loading the furniture.

Otherwise it is the customer's responsibility to bring someone to help move, lift and secure the item(s). It is the customer's responsibility to come prepared with the appropriate packing materials such as twine, rope, straps, blankets, bubble wrap and tape.

A waiver must be signed at the time of pick - up assuring the item was picked up in good condition.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of custom upholstery orders.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure all room spaces, doorways, stairways, hallways and entrance ways to ensure the new furniture will fit.
  • All custom orders are final sale.

STORAGE

All merchandise will be stored by Kuda for a maximum of two weeks after the date of purchase. Any items left in our storeroom after the two week period will incur an additional 5% of the total purchase per month. The total storage charges must be paid in full prior to the release of the merchandise.

WARRANTY

Kuda warranties all purchases for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is against any manufacturer defects that may occur. This warranty excludes all clearance and discounted items.
