Returns
1. If the item is returned within 14 days there are two
options:
-
the item may be exchanged or
- an
store credit for full purchase price can be issued.
2. Within 60 days a 25% restocking fee will be applied to
the store credit issued.
3.Within 90 days a 50% restocking fee will be applied to
the store credit issued.
4. After 90 days all sales are final.
5. All upholstery, leather and custom orders are final sale.
Specials and Limited Time Offers
- All special and limited time offers are final sales.
- All special offers and limited time discounts are
available for appointed time periods only. They cannot
and will not be applied to sales closed before or after
such time periods.
Custom Orders
- Please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery of custom upholstery
orders.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure
all room spaces, doorways, stairways, hallways and entrance
ways to ensure the new furniture will fit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check that
the colour selection, pattern, and texture of the chosen
fabric is appropriate.
- All custom orders are final sale.
Delivery
- A
charge will be applied to all deliveries.
- Specific
delivery dates and times will be arranged by the delivery
company. Please allow for some variance in the times
due to traffic and other possible delays.
- Please
allow 2 weeks for delivery on custom work and repairs.
- Please
allow 8-12 weeks for delivery on custom upholstery and
leather orders.
- It
is the customer's responsibility to pre-measure all
doorways, stairways, hallways, entrance ways and elevators
where applicable to ensure the new furniture will fit.
- If
the piece does not fit and needs to be returned, an
additional fee of 100% of the original delivery charge
will apply.
- It
is the customer's responsibility to clear all passages
to the final location of the item, including moving
existing furniture, wall hangings, and ensuring the
path is free from ice, snow, bikes, toys, etc.
- It
is the customer's responsibility to reserve elevators,
loading docks, make arrangements with the concierge
where necessary, and pre-arrange an appropriate parking
space where necessary.
- Customers
should be at home when we deliver to ensure products
are received in good order. If the customer is not able
to be present when the delivery is made then an authorized
person must be present to accept the delivery. A waiver
must be signed at the time of delivery.
Pick
- ups
- Pick
- up times are:
- 10am
- 4 pm Monday - Saturday
- o
12pm - 3pm on Sunday
- It
is the customer's responsibility to bring someone with
them to help move, lift and secure the item(s). It is
the customer's responsibility to come prepared with
any materials they may need for packing and securing
the item(s), ie. rope straps, blankets, bubble wrap,
tape.
- A
waiver must be signed at the time of pick - up.
Storage
- All merchandise will be stored by Kuda for two weeks
after purchase. Any items left in our storeroom after
the two week period will have a charge levied on them.
This charge will be 5% of the total purchase per week.
The total charge must be paid in full prior to the release
of the merchandise.
Warranty
- Kuda warranties all purchases for one year from the
date of purchase. This warranty is against any manufacturer
defects that may occur. This warranty excludes all clearance
priced items.
